Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking & Payment A full deposit is required to reserve your four-hour time slot. Once booked, there are no refunds. If you provide at least three days’ notice, your payment may be applied to a new time slot. Time Allocation Your booking entitles you to four hours of shop time. No adjustments or partial refunds will be granted if you complete your work early. Shop Maintenance & Clean-Up You agree to leave the shop in the same condition as you found it. All tools must be returned to their proper places. Floors must be free of spills, swept, and left clean. Lift Usage By booking, you affirm you have sufficient knowledge to safely operate the hoist or are willing to receive instruction before use. Liability & Risk You use the shop, tools, and hoist at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or for personal injury or death arising from your use of our facility, tools, or hoist. Compliance & Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe you pose a safety risk or fail to comply with these policies. You are responsible for following all relevant safety guidelines and regulations. By booking a time slot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.
